Individual Therapy

As Maya Angelou said, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive.”
My work is rooted in this belief. I’m here to support your healing and growth so you can feel more balanced, connected, confident, and at ease within yourself.

Pain and trauma are part of being human—but living with their ongoing impact doesn’t have to be. With compassionate curiosity, it’s possible to heal, to update old stories, and to reconnect with your innate capacity, wisdom, and worth.

I specialize in supporting people through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, chronic stress, and the effects of trauma and attachment wounds. My approach is integrative and body-based, drawing from EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, and relational psychotherapy. I also offer clear, accessible psychoeducation so you can better understand your nervous system and build tools for regulation and resilience.

Sessions & Availability
I offer a hybrid practice, providing in-person sessions in Seattle as well as secure telehealth sessions in both Washington and California. Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes.

Fees & Billing
My session fee is $250. I do not take insurance but can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and I offer sliding-scale options for those who need reduced-fee support.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a form of therapy that helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. It has been extensively researched and proven to be a rapid, effective, and safe treatment approach for psychological stress. EMDR therapy is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain that often manifest as painful and debilitating thoughts and emotions. Part of the therapy includes alternating (bi-lateral) eye movements, sounds, or taps that support the brain and nervous system to release maladaptively stored memories. EMDR sessions are only provided in the context of ongoing psychotherapy within the states of California and Washington. Click here to set up a free consult to discuss this option.
