Join us for Nervous System Reset: Somatic Practices for Self and Community-Care with RW Alves & Kyra Haglund. In this course you will explore various somatic practices from a trauma-informed, individual and collective-healing lens. Participants will learn foundational principles of trauma-informed movement and somatics, basic brain science and nervous system information, and specific movement practices and somatic explorations to use in their own practice, as well as how to apply and modify those practices to use with clients and students.

This course is for you, if you:

  • Want to learn somatic, body-based tools to support yourself and others
